How to make an appointment at a LabCorp location
Step 1: Be sure to order your lab work from Health Testing Centers first.
If you go to a LabCorp without a requisition form from us they will not be able
to sell you lab testing.
Keep in mind:
- Appointments can ONLY be made on the
Labcorp website, they do not accept phone
appointments.
- Remember to bring the requisition form we email you after ordering.
- Labcorp will not accommodate patients without requisition form.
When you find a convenient location on
the Labcorp website you'll see a link to make an appointment:
When asked "Reason for Testing" choose
"Labwork":
When asked for "Payment Method" choose
"Other":
Appointments are not required at any LabCorp patient service center.
It can make things go easier for you though.
Remember many tests require fasting.
