Thyroid stimulating immunoglobulins (TSI) are autoantibodies that are produced by the immune system and associated with Graves' disease TSIs mimic the action and role of TSH by telling the thyroid gland to become more active, therefore, causing excess secretion of T4 and T3. Levels of this immunoglobulin ( IgG) will be abnormally high in individuals with Graves' disease.

2. Visit a Lab

After purchasing your testing you will receive an email with your lab requisition.  Bring this form to the laboratory.

NOTE: Be sure to visit the appropriate laboratory!

If you choose Quest Diagnostics only visit a Quest location!

3. Get Results
