HPV High Risk with Genotyping-Genital at Home Test Kit
This discreet at home test kit may be used to detect High Risk HPV infections with specific genotyping through a vaginal swab for women or a urine sample for men. The test specifically identifies HPV types 16 and 18. It will also detect other high risk types but will not specify or identify between the other high risk types ( 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66 and 68). This test utilizes amplification of target DNA by PCR and Nucleic acid hybridization for detecting the HPV virus. HPV or Human Papillomavirus is a very common infection especially in sexually active people. Results will show as either detected or not detected.
