QUEST APPOINTMENT ADVISORY
1. Choose "MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL" for "Who is sending you in for testing?"
2. Then "All Other Tests" for "What testing do you need?"
SPECIAL NOTE: Quest is playing games with the appointment setting process. If you choose "Purchased My Own Test", Quest will attempt to force you into their own sales funnel and try to get you to pay more and order Covid-19 testing. If you choose this option please follow these steps:
STEP 1. When you visit the Quest site to make an appointment, you will choose "PURCHASED MY OWN TEST".
STEP 2. Then you will see a pop up asking "Have you already purchased a test from QuestDirect?", you will need to select "Yes" in order to make the appointment. (Even though you haven't purchased your test from QuestDirect).
Sorry for the confusion! Quest says they're changing it to be more clear for our patients. But in the meantime, we need to use this workaround.
