You may either set up your clients account with Health Testing Centers and place the order for them, or you can have your client set up their account with Health Testing Centers and place their own order using your discount code. Each individual must have their own email address/account when purchasing tests with Health Testing Centers. Practitioners will have access to their clients results once a HIPAA compliant consent form has been signed.
