Free and discounted screenings must be performed within one month of the sign-up-date. Confidential screenings may be scheduled by calling 877-511-5227. Free cholesterol screenings will be available to the first 1000 eligible respondents. After the first 1000 respondents sign up, respondents may obtain screenings at a discounted rate of $15 per screening.
