LabCorp and Quest Orders:
As long as you have not visited the lab for specimen collection, orders can be canceled and the full purchase price refunded back to your original method of payment within 21 days after your purchase.
After 21 days, the order can be canceled and refunded back to your original method of payment less a $10 processing fee.
Once an order is canceled, no results will be released unless payment is made in full again.
Keep in mind, you can use the requisition form within 6 months after your order. To cancel or make any changes to your order, call 877-511-5227 or email [email protected].
If you have already provided samples for testing, we cannot cancel your order or refund your payment. Testing will be completed and results will be available in your Health Testing Centers account.
TEST KIT REFUND POLICY
Kits can be cancelled anytime prior to sending the specimen to the lab. There is a $25 fee to cover the kit costs and shipping. So full refund minus $25.
No refunds may be processed on SalivaDirect COVID tests. All sales for these test kits are final.
